About Starling

Our team

Our growing team is diverse in role – from psychological theory and practice to public speaking to development to design to animation to administration  – but we all share something very important: a passion for improving the lives of others through access to mental health education.

Andrew Miki

Dr. Andrew Miki founded Starling Minds to help people be their best selves. A practicing clinical psychologist, he wanted more people to have access to the life-changing practice of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). And so Starling was born.

Andrew is now Starling’s CEO and mental health expert. He continues to practice as a registered psychologist, specializing in neuropsychology and CBT.
