As Chief Executive Officer, Rick is responsible for all areas of Administration, including Finance & Accounting, HR, Investor Relations and Legal. He has over 20 years experience leading finance functions for businesses, primarily in the technology sector. Most recently, Rick served as CFO for SoMedia Networks. His career began with Pivotal Corporation (now part of CDC Software) and later at Taleo (now part of Oracle). He has been an integral part of three IPOs, (two on NASDAQ, one on the TSX-V) and currently supports a select group of growth-stage companies, providing accounting oversight, reporting and analytics services, systems implementation, financial modeling and executive coaching. 

Rick completed his CGA in 2002, and graduated with a BA (Economics) from the University of Victoria.
